IB Applications and Interpretations SL
Two-year rigorous integrated course in mathematics, designed for humanities, liberal arts, science, and other majors with a light basis in math, recommended for those who are interested in the business, finance, marketing, health studies, etc.
Applications and Interpretation focuses more on synthetic, applied mathematics. In SL, students are introduced to introductory statistics and probability, and introductory calculus, along with a couple of introductory business-major related topics. Students will also be introduced to various graphing calculator techniques.
